Apazia® stands behind every bracelet we make. If your hematite doesn't deliver the shift you expected within 30 days of receiving it, you get every penny back. No questions, no return shipping, no restocking fees.

How It Works

1. Wear your bracelet for at least 7 days — most men feel the shift in the first week.
2. If you're still not convinced after 30 days, email us at support@apazia.co with your order number.
3. We process your full refund within 5 working days, straight back to your original payment method.
4. Keep the bracelet. Give it to a friend. Or just hold onto it — we don't need it back.

Why No Returns?

Hematite is a personal stone. Once it's been worn, it carries your energy. Asking you to ship it back doesn't sit right with us — and frankly, it doesn't make commercial sense either. We'd rather absorb the cost of a refund than create friction for the men who trust us.

Defective or Damaged Bracelets

If your bracelet arrives broken, damaged, or with missing beads, send us a photo within 7 days of delivery. We'll ship a replacement at no cost — you keep the original for parts or repair.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled free of charge within 2 hours of placement. After that, your order enters our fulfilment queue and cannot be stopped. Don't worry — our 30-day guarantee still applies, so you can request a full refund once it arrives.
