Every Apazia® order is dispatched from our UK fulfilment partner within 24 to 48 hours of payment confirmation, Monday to Friday.
Delivery Times
- United Kingdom: 5 to 8 working days
- Ireland: 5 to 8 working days
We currently ship to the UK and Ireland only. International expansion is planned for late 2026.

- Free standard shipping on every order — no minimum spend
- No hidden customs fees
- No additional taxes at delivery
Tracking Your Order
Once your bracelet is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can follow your parcel in real time through Royal Mail or DPD, depending on your region.
If you have not received your tracking email within 72 hours of ordering, please check your spam folder first, then contact us at support@apazia.co.
Delayed or Lost Parcels
If your parcel has not arrived within 14 working days of dispatch, please contact us at support@apazia.co with your order number. We will open an investigation with the carrier and either resend your order at no cost or issue a full refund — your choice.
Wrong Address
Please double-check your delivery address at checkout. If you spot an error, contact us within 2 hours of ordering and we will update it before dispatch. Once a parcel has shipped, we cannot redirect it.
